Event Design and Planning Fee
DESIGN CONCEPT, DEVELOPMENT & GENERAL PLANNING
Development of a full design plan to define the wedding aesthetic. Preparation and maintenance of a clear and concise planning schedule and budget in line with the client's needs, wants, and vision. Meetings to review client's own tasks, timelines, milestones, and all necessary planning details. Creation of a full production schedule of all deliveries, installations, and teardowns. Preparation of files for the caterer and venue.
THE REHEARSAL & WEDDING DAY
Assistance in leading the wedding rehearsal. On-site service from Laura Olsen and up to two planners to assist the couple and vendors with the fluidity of the event flow. The direction of the wedding ceremony and reception, assistance with photo sessions, and liaising with vendors and requests. Distribution of any outstanding payments and gratuities for vendors.

(on each vendor’s subtotal with a minimum fee of $4,500)
VENDOR SOURCING & MANAGEMENT
Researching, sourcing, and assistance in the final selection, of the wedding ceremony and reception venues and the necessary vendors to bring the vision to life (ie. florist, caterer, stationery, beauty, DJ/band, transportation, A/V, officiant, tent, and more). Continued management of all secured vendors including attendance at all vendor appointments and follow-ups and maintaining all timelines for the vendors and client.
This service has a minimum fee of $11,000 ($6500 Event Design and Planning Fee plus the minimum $4500 Vendor Management Fee), plus pay the vendors directly for their costs (ie. florals, chairs, linens, etc.).

Due to their complexity, these events are solely offered the Full Planning and Design service. Labour costs are added for the wedding day and days surrounding based on event needs.

Vendor Management Fee: $90,000 x 10% = $9,000

Total Fees: $15,500 + hst

Vendor Management Fee: $40,000 x 10% = $4,000
