For most corporate and social events, 6 to 12 weeks is a comfortable lead time. For larger or more complex events, 3 to 6 months gives us the most options. If your timeline is tighter, get in touch; we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

We have trusted vendors we recommend regularly, but we're not tied to them. If you have an existing relationship with a caterer, venue, or photographer, we're happy to work alongside them.
