FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • For most corporate and social events, 6 to 12 weeks is a comfortable lead time. For larger or more complex events, 3 to 6 months gives us the most options. If your timeline is tighter, get in touch; we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

  • We have trusted vendors we recommend regularly, but we're not tied to them. If you have an existing relationship with a caterer, venue, or photographer, we're happy to work alongside them.

  • While our focus is Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton, but we do consider events in Toronto, Niagara, Muskoka and beyond. Please reach out to share details about your event.

  • Every event is different. Scope, timeline, and complexity all affect our fees. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages. Once we understand your event, we put together a proposal that's right for what you actually need.
