Planning a wedding on private property - whether it’s a backyard, family estate, vineyard, or scenic farm - offers incredible freedom, but also unique challenges. Since 2012, we have planned events on private properties ranging from an intimate 40-person bridal shower to a 250-guest wedding, making sure every detail is handled flawlessly, so your day is beautiful, seamless, and stress-free.
A private property wedding is an opportunity to create something truly unique. As a trusted private property wedding planner in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, and Toronto, we combine logistical expertise, creative vision, and meticulous day-of management to bring your dream wedding to life — rain or shine.
Our pricing is designed to provide clarity and ensure your celebration receives the attention and expertise it deserves:
Planning Fee: Our fee is 10% of your total wedding budget, with a minimum of $15,000. This ensures that every detail of your tent wedding - from design to vendor coordination is handled with the highest level of care. This fee includes Laura’s time on the wedding day, plus two associate planners.
On-Site Support: In addition to our planning fee, we charge labour costs for setup, breakdown on the days surrounding your wedding. This ensures your event runs smoothly and allows you to enjoy your day stress-free.
Important Note: Due to the complexity and level of detail these events require, we do not offer Event Management or Partial Planning services for private property weddings.
The Client will pay their vendors directly for their costs (eg. florals, chairs, linens, invitations, etc.).
