If you have general planning questions or need advice or vendor suggestions, you're welcome to reach out! We'll do our best to answer any questions or offer vendor recommendations so you create a solid plan and build a trusted team.
FINALIZING THE DETAILS
Virtual meeting 8 weeks out to review details, discuss logistics and create the wedding day itinerary and final tasks.
Check-in with vendors to work through any revisions they would like to see in the itinerary, confirm arrival times, location addresses,
final balances owing, when due, and request any other outstanding information they require.
Virtual meetings 6, 4, and 2 weeks ahead of the wedding to finalize the itinerary and event logistics and review todos.
Reminders of any remaining due dates and vendor payments.
Final guest list review and preparation for the venue/caterer.
Mapping of the floor plan with table numbers, guest per table totals, and allergies outlined.
Distribution of the final event itinerary to each vendor.
THE REHEARSAL & WEDDING DAY
Up to 1 hour of rehearsal coverage and up to 10 consecutive hours of on-site assistance on the wedding day from two planners.
Management of deliveries, logistics, and vendors.
Coordination of the wedding ceremony and reception.
Management of up to 150 guests.
Set up of small personal decor (place cards, guest book, seating chart).
Distribution of any outstanding payments and gratuities.
Pack up of small personal decor before departure.
Please note this service is not offered for private estate weddings.

Separate ceremony and reception locations, outside catering vendors, tight venue-access timelines, larger guest counts or other event specifics may require additional associate planners and/or additional hours of planning assistance ahead of the wedding to facilitate the plans.
